Description
At this level, the user should understand the main points on matters that he/she regularly comes across at work, in school and other places. The user is expected to deal with most situations when he travels to areas where that language is spoken. Also, he/she is able to produce simple connected text on familiar topics or personal interest and can describe experiences, events, dreams and give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans
